According to new announcements made by the government, the health passport will be compulsory from 21 July for people over the age of 18 to enter the castle.
Entry ticket for the château du Haut-Koenigsbourg with mandatory time-slot booking, valid for admission fees, without any surcharge.
Each ticket is time-stamped and is valid only for the date and time indicated. Entry is admitted up to 30 minutes after the time indicated on the ticket. In the event of late arrival, the ticket is considered to have expired and will no longer enable access to the Château.
Tickets may only be purchased by individuals (maximum of 19 paid tickets).
Groups of 20 or more paying persons, tourism professionals, school and extra-curricular groups must contact our reservation and customer relations department.
Valid proof must be presented on inspection of tickets for reduced rate or free tickets Rates and special conditions.

Of the 900 years of history of the fortress, it is the end of the Middle Ages, the period of its apogee, that the Haut-Koenigsbourg team wanted to highlight this summer!
Young and old alike can discover at their own pace a living, staged castle. They will learn about several aspects of daily life in the 15th century.
We remind you that the wearing of a mask is compulsory from the age of 11. Please come with your own mask.
The locker service is suspended. Pushchairs are forbidden in the monument.
Animals are not allowed in the monument, except guide and assistance dogs.
It is recommended to print your tickets beforehand. Slots are currently available for sale until August 31, 2021.
Cancellations and refunds
The ticket, the date or the time cannot be modified or refunded after confirmation of payment, except in the case of closure or cancellation by the château du Haut-Koenigsbourg.
The Château is open every day, all year round, except on 1 January, 1 May and 25 December. Please see our opening times.
This entry ticket provides access to the Château for a lively unaccompanied visit.
